Description:
Join theatre KAPOW for an engaging and dynamic training session that explores the core elements of performance, including acting, movement, improvisation, voice, speech, object work, and viewpoints. Drawing from techniques developed by renowned institutions such as Double Edge Theatre Company, the Michael Chekhov Studio, Shakespeare & Company, The Atlantic Acting School, and SITI Company, this workshop offers a rich foundation for performers of all levels.

Open to participants aged 16 and older, no prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to explore and move. Please wear comfortable clothing (no jeans) and arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and stretching.
